$400 per person for Full Concert Package

Performance Week Itinerary

Thursday, June 24
Arrival in New York City

Check into your hotel.

No scheduled events. Enjoy the evening exploring the city with your choir, family and friends.
Friday, June 25
Combined Choir Rehearsal

Rehearsal with Emerson Eads, the combined festival choir, and pianist in the hotel ballroom (morning or afternoon)
-
The remainder of the day is free to enjoy NYC.
Saturday, June 26
Combined Choir Rehearsal
-
Final rehearsal with Emerson Eads, the combined festival choir, and pianist in the hotel ballroom (morning or afternoon).

Free time for sightseeing, dining, or spending time with fellow singers.
Sunday, June 27
Dress Rehearsal & Performance Day - Carnegie Hall
-
Dress rehearsal at Carnegie Hall with Emerson Eads, orchestra, soloists, and combined choir.
-
Performance of Mass for the Oppressed in Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall.
-
Following the concert, celebrate with a private evening cruise around Lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty, including dinner and two complimentary drink tickets.

Return home or continue your travels.

Travel Packages
Participants are responsible for securing and
purchasing their own airfare, as well as transportation to and from the airport. Book early!
